A Hatago in a former bustling entertainment district
Spanning generations, Izutsuro is a Taisho era inn that has been revived in the present
Nostalgia and novelty. Izutsuro was revived by combining the traditional wooden architecture of the building, which was built in 1830 during the Tenpo era, with modern design.
The rooms have a retro-modern taste with their earthen floor areas and hearths. When you walk barefoot down the hallways, the creaking wooden floors let you feel the many years of their history.
Please enjoy a relaxing trip while experiencing the history.
